简介

徐华娥,南京医科大学高层次引进人才、特聘教授、博导,南京医科大学药学院药剂学系主任,2014-2016在美国MD安德森癌症中心访学,江苏省第六期“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象。现任中国抗癌协会纳米肿瘤学专委会委员、中国复合材料学会生物复合材料分会委员、中国药学会智能药物专业委员会青年委员、江苏省抗癌协会整合肿瘤学专委会常务委员、江苏省药学会感染药学专业委员会常务委员、江苏省药学会医院药学专委会委员、江苏省中医药学会理事会理事、南京药学会药剂与药理专委会委员等。担任国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、面上项目及青年基金一审专家,Current Drug Delivery、Asian J Pharm Sci等杂志编委,为本领域如Adv Mater、ACS Nano, Adv Funct Mater等杂志同行评议审稿人。

课题组长期围绕多功能智能纳米递药平台的构建及在重大疾病(如肿瘤、脑部疾病、免疫性疾病等)中的应用展开相关研究,主要研究方向:1、基于肿瘤、心脑血管等重大疾病的智能药物递送体系的开发及应用;2、基因、疫苗等新型纳米药物递送体系的构建及应用;3、新型高端药物制剂的开发。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金5项,以第一或通讯作者在Adv Mater、Adv Funct Mater、Adv Sci、Biomaterials、Chem Eng J 、Anal Chem等期刊上发表论文60余篇。迄今为止,根据Google Scholar统计分析,文章总被引频次超2500次,近5年被引频次1436次,H指数28。

1. 新型疫苗与佐剂的研发:开发新型核酸疫苗、活细胞疫苗、纳米疫苗及佐剂等;

2. 新型药物递送系统的研发:开发仿生载体、水凝胶、脂质纳米颗粒等药物递送体系,以提升药物及基因的体内靶向性和递送效率;

3. 新型生物材料的医药学应用:基于纳米技术开发新型医用生物材料。
